KENNEDY, Phyllis A. (Hill), 89, of Warwick, formerly of Cranston, passed away Friday evening, September 23, 2022 at Rhode Island Hospital.
She was the beloved wife of the late Edward F. Kennedy. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Cecil and Violet R. (Preston) Hill. She resided in Cranston and Florida before moving to Warwick.
Mrs. Kennedy was a sales representative with AAA Automobile Club for many years before retiring. She was immensely dedicated to family, enjoyed reading and golf and in 1994 she achieved her first hole-in-one.
She is survived by four children, Edward R. Kennedy and his wife Eileen of Saunderstown, Kathleen A. Chase and her husband Jeff of Cranston, Jeanne C. Santos and her husband Paul of Cranston and Michael F. Kennedy and his wife Doreen of Attleboro, MA; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ruth Crowe, Elizabeth Beauvais and Richard Hill.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. Interment will be private.
