Pauline L. (Paul) Desmarais

Desmarais, Pauline L. (Paul), 92, of West Warwick, passed away Saturday evening, November 19, 2022 at West View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

She was the beloved wife of the late Albert D. Desmarais.  Born in West Warwick, the daughter of the late Antonio and Elise (Lavoie) Paul.  She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Mrs. Desmarais was a great seamstress, enjoyed crafts, and was a former lifelong communicant of SS. John and James Parish.

She is survived by two daughters, Karen M. Joubert and husband Roger of West Warwick and Kim A. Hoppy of West Warwick; six grandchildren, Krystina Pezza, Michael Joubert, Jeremy Pezza, Elyssa Wood, Mathew Joubert and Monique Carpenter and ten great grandchildren.  She was the sister of the late Rheo N. Paul.

Funeral services and interment will be private.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 in her memory would be appreciated.
