Jose D. Ventura

VENTURA, Jose D., 76, of Earl Street, West Warwick, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Kent Hospital.

He was the beloved husband of Fatima B. (Arraial) Ventura, they had been married for forty nine years.  Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, a son of the late John and Angela (Costa) Ventura.

Mr. Ventura was a machine operator at Concordia Manufacturing Company in Coventry for fifteen years until retiring in 2007.

Besides his wife he leaves a son, Ricardo “Ricky” Ventura and his wife Anna; a daughter, Sandra Peixoto and her husband David; four grandchildren, Christopher Peixoto, Makayla Peixoto, Erica Ventura and Ashley Ventura and three siblings, Antonio Ventura, Albert Ventura and Anna Ventura.  He was the brother of the late Fernando Ventura and Lucia Ventura.
