FRANCIS, William E., Jr., 65, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence.
Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late William E. Francis, Sr. and Madeline (Andrews) Francis.
Mr. Francis was employed as a compounder in the chemical industry with various companies for many years before retiring. William was a base guitarist and played in various bands and was a rock music fan. His enjoyments included, fishing, bowling and billiards.
He is survived by his four children, Gina M. Francis, Maureen A. Johnson, William E. “Will” Francis, III and Trevor A. Francis; three sisters, Lori Charbonneau, Lisa Faiola and Linda Wyrostek and four grandchildren, Danielle, Kerry, William IV and Ava.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. Interment will be private.
