Rose L. (Wills) Hawkins

HAWKINS, Rose L. (Wills), 76, of West Greenwich, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 5, 2019.

She was the beloved wife of James E. Hawkins, they were married for thirty two years and the late Charles W. Kelly.  Born in Warwick, a daughter of the late Charles and Hazel (Phillips) Wills.  She was a resident of West Greenwich for fifty three years.

Rose loved country style interior decorating, was an avid yardsaler and enjoyed gardening and fishing.

Besides he husband Jim, she leaves a daughter, Lisa Chaffin of Niceville, FL; a son, Richard L. Sprague and his wife Janice of Coventry; two sisters, Linda Fabbri and Janice Macera both of Coventry and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  She was the mother of the late Raymond R. Francis and Gilbert M. Sprague, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Committal Prayers on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, 959 Nooseneck Hill Road, West Greenwich.  Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy Street, West Warwick.  In lieu of flowers contributions to VNA Care New England Hospice, 51 Health Lane, Warwick, RI 02886 in her memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences please visit: www.henault-gallogly.com
