Manuel G. Vieira

VIEIRA, Manuel G., 55, of Main Street, West Warwick, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018, surrounded by his loving family at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence.

He was the beloved husband of Mildred (French) Vieira.  They had been married for 27 years.  Born in Terceira, Azores, a son of Maria (Lima) Vieira of West Warwick and the late Manuel Vieira.  Mr. Vieira lived in West Warwick for 44 years.

Mr. Vieira was a Material Control Handler at Senesco for fourteen years before his illness.  He was a member of the Portuguese Holy Ghost Society, West Warwick, an avid Sporting F. C. soccer fan and loved his motorcycle. 

Besides his wife and mother he leaves four children, Gabriel, Matthew, and Gabriela Vieira, all of West Warwick and the late Kelly-Ann Richer; two grandchildren, Kylie and McKenzie Vieira of West Warwick and a brother, Gilberto Vieira and his wife Liberta of East Providence. 

His funeral will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 at 9 am from the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence St., West Warwick.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am in St. Anthony Church, Sunset Ave., West Warwick.  Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick.  Visiting hours Thursday 5:00-8:00 pm.  Information and condolences please visit www.PrataGallogly.com
