Gilda E. (Tedeschi) Petrocelli

PETROCELLI, Gilda E. (Tedeschi), 97, formerly of Quaker Lane, Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Brentwood by the Bay, Warwick.

She was the wife of the late Anthony H. Petrocelli.  Born in the Natick section of Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Anthony A. and Lucia (Castaldi) Tedeschi. 

Gilda worked as an assistant office supervisor for John Hancock Insurance.  She was a member of the Sacred Heart Sodality and Kent County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

She is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and her dear friends, Nancy and Richard Sisson, Warwick.  She was the sister of the late John A. Tedeschi. 

Visitation and funeral will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 8:30-9:30 am in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence St., West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Sacred Heart Church, 820 Providence St., West Warwick.  Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to either Sacred Heart Church, 820 Providence St., West Warwick, RI 02893 or American Cancer Society, RI Chapter, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Ste. 3004, Warwick, RI 02886.
