Jean A. Ducharme

Jean A. Ducharme, 80, of Coventry, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, April 15, 2024 at Kent Hospital, Warwick.

Born in Coventry, the daughter of the late Frederick and Jeannette (Chatell) Ducharme.  She was a lifelong resident of Coventry.

Jean loved spending time with family, friends and her beloved pets. She also touched the lives of many children she cared for. She enjoyed baking cakes where she was known for her beautiful cake decorating. One of her accomplishments that she was very proud of was getting her driver’s license. 

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Jeananne H. Ducharme; two nieces, Renee Farland (Bryan) and Robyn Senerchia (Chris); a nephew, Robert Ducharme, Jr., and several great nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Robert J. Ducharme, Sr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Pleasant St., West Warwick.  Interment will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 62 Pleasant St., West Warwick, RI 02893 in her memory would be appreciated.
